We have used several pool service companies in the past in Corpus Christi with poor service and little knowledge about pools. These other pool companies do not come close to Frogs Pool Service's great work ethic, prompt response and professionalism. Due to your expertise in pool repair and service, we were able to save thousands of dollars in future repairs and have a great looking pool.

In January 2008, we were searching for a new pool maintenance service, as our previous company had gone out of business. Upon recommendation of friends, we gave Frog’s Pool Service a call. Mark Duncan, of Frog’s Pool Service, came out and looked at the pool and equipment, gave a weekly service bid, and started service the following week. Suggestions were made and steps were taken to minimize some of the problems we had been experiencing. We were always kept ‘in the loop’ as to potential problems or maintenance issues. In January 2009, we were advised of a potential problem that, if left unresolved, could cause potential serious damage. We asked for a bid proposal for the repair and to have a salt-generator system installed, an upgrade that we had been considering. A detailed bid, including start date, draw schedule and completion date, was promptly submitted to us. We found the bid fair and reasonable. We signed the contract and work began on schedule. Over the past 3 years our home has had numerous contractors and workers doing remodeling projects. It was very gratifying to have a contractor that stuck to the schedule that he provided to us. It was also a pleasant surprise that everyday when we came home, all the construction mess was cleaned up. We couldn’t be happier with the way our pool looks with the new tile and how easy it is to maintain. We would highly recommend Frog’s Pool Service to anyone putting in a new pool or having any work done to an existing pool.

My husband and I have always wanted our backyard to have a Bali style theme and Frog's Pool Services helped us achieve this. They were so great in allowing us to completely design how we want our pool to become and of course they gave us their input and expertise. I was amazed how fast they worked and the end result. Dear Mark and Jaime,

We just wanted to share a few thoughts about our experience with Frog's Pool Service. When we began our search for a pool company to build our pool; like many we interviewed a couple of companies and of course asked friends and neighbors who had pools for recommendations. Mark's name came up by a couple of people who highly recommended we give him a try.

We called Frog's Pool Service and were pleasantly surprised. You and Mark quickly set an appointment and listened to what our ideas and plans were for how we wanted to incorporate and use a swimming pool, spa, fire pit and patio in our backyard. Although we had some ideas and pictures of pools we liked we were not sure what pool design we really wanted. Mark came back with a beautiful and unique design that we had never really seen before. We finally had our "wow" moment when we looked at Mark's design and plans for our backyard.

Aside from the design we were excited about; one thing about Mark that stood apart from the other companies we had interviewed was his knowledge an explanation about the entire building of the pool process. No one had taken the time to explain everything that went into building a pool. Even when we didn't have the questions to ask, Mark offered information about pool design and the inner workings of building a pool so we could keep that in mind in our decision.

We knew we had to use Frog's Pool Service to fulfill our dream. We are glad we did. We were so impressed with Mark's attention to detail and the courteous and respectful staff that were at our home during the project.

Jaime you were so helpful in finding out information for us when we started choosing our color and material scheme, and listened to the ideas and choices we had in mind to help us find the right materials.

Mark's pool design, spa and fire pit are just what we had envisioned with little extras along the way to perfect them. The crew you used to install our paver patio was great and completed the look we had only hoped for.

Thank you so much again, for extending and enriching our living space. We absolutely love our pool, and spend many hours in our back yard!
